This hotel is truly luxurious with exclusive amenities, fulfilling our every need. the room advantages were exceptional, with a spacious and comfortable bed, high-quality TV services, and a fridge stocked with a great range of beverages. the air conditioning was impeccable with zero noise, and the shower and bathroom were amazing, with strong water pressure. the staff was remarkable, going above and beyond expectations, with a courteous and attentive attitude.

The only negative aspect was the lack of hanging space for damp towels and dressing gowns as there was only one hook available, which was not enough for two people. we highly recommend this venue, with a special mention of their remarkable staff, who truly enhanced our experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Pullman, with a cute staff and smooth check-in process. The location next to Tamachi Station was perfect for exploring Tokyo. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We had an amazing stay at this hotel, the luxurious amenities met all our expectations. the room was very spacious, with exclusive advantages such as a lavish bed, comfortable sofa and a large TV. the restaurant offered special diet menus which were very well thought out. We particularly appreciated the private facilities, including the Spa & wellness centre. The staff provided great service, going above and beyond to fulfil our requests. Cons: the in-room breakfast was unfortunately a little limited. this was a minor issue compared to all the amazing experiences we had at this venue.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable at Pullman Tokyo. The spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable. The convenient location near Tamashi Station and the nearby shopping center were also a plus.
